The whole space - just for you

Our party plans are designed to be straightforward and easy. Enjoy an exclusive 2-hour hire of the WRAP Cafe space, including the play frame, for up to 35 children on either a Saturday or Sunday.

You are welcome to come for a tour of the space. Please note that tours can only be requested in advance by emailing party@wrap.space as we are not able to accept walk-ins.

Party bookings are available on the following days/times:
Weekends
10:00 - 12:00 and 1:30pm - 3:30pm
The space can host up to 35 children plus accompanying adults.
Exclusive hire of the cafe and playframe: £275
Extra room hire: £165
Please note the cafe space can accommodate a maximum of 25 children around party tables.
We know how stressful party planning can be so let us take care of everything! Party bags and catering are available to book. For prices and additional options scroll down to the info below and add your extras when you book!
When can we arrive to set up? 30 minutes before the party
Do you decorate the room? No, there are additional toys available when the extra space is booked, but no party decoration
Do you serve alcohol? No, but you are welcome to bring your own - corkage fee £38.50
Does the hire fee include food ? No, the £275 hire fee does NOT include food, is the price for the cafe space and play frame
Do we need to clean up after the party? No, we will take care of that!
Can we bring an entertainer? Yes
Can we play music? Yes, you could either use our Sonos account and choose your playlist or connect to our speaker
How many kids can you seat? Up to 25 children on child sized seats and party table!
Is my child too old to have a party in your space?
The space is most suitable for children up to 6 years of age.
Does the maximum number include adults? No , but for more than 20 kids is best to have the event room added as there may not be enough space considering the adults
Can we bring our own cake? Absolutely yes
What about allergens and alternative diets? We do cater for all allergies, but if you are inviting a child with multiple severe allergies they can bring their own food ONLY for that specific child
Do we need to bring disposable plates/cups? No, we provide all the plates, cutlery and cups so we would encourage you not bringing single use items.

All our bags are filled with fun gifts, with sustainability in mind as much as possible.

Catering

We can provide catering for a range of needs, as well as food for the grownups. We offer small ‘picky plates’ or a selection of sharing platters of waffles. See our party pack for more details

Corkage/Foodage

Corkage
We allow you to bring your own alcohol but charge corkage. Alcohol must be kept in the main cafe area.
We have regular water glasses available to use for alcoholic drinks, and wine or prosecco glasses will cost extra.
Foodage
You are now welcome to bring your own food so you can have exactly what you want! We charge foodage for the use of our crockery, cutlery and the cleaning.
Corkage: £38.50 for a party with up to 20 children / parents
£1 extra for each additional child/parent
Wine/Prosecco glasses: £16.50
Foodage: £38.50 for a party with up to 20 children
£1 extra for any additional child

Cake

You are very welcome to bring your own cake at no additional cost. But if you want us to sort it out, we work with some amazing local bakers who can cater for all dietary requirements. Choose a cake from the bakers below for 10% off

Additional Information

Wondering about set-up, catering and capacity? Download our party pack!

Set-up: We have crockery, cutlery and glassware on site. Meaning that you can come along on the day with everything set up, ready for your party. If you would like to add further decoration, this is also welcome. Please arrive no earlier than 30 min before your party slot if you need to set up.

Toys for the room: We have softplay and climbing shapes as well as other toys that are perfect for smaller children (2’s and under). These are provided complimentary with the booking.

Such an amazing place - we held our 2 year olds birthday party there, it’s the perfect size venue for children to play without parents having to worry as it’s a contained size and you get the whole place as a private hire. We had 2-7 year olds age range and everyone enjoyed it and said how excellent it was. The catering was great especially for the adults it wasn’t your typical party food we had lovely bread topped with salmon / chorizo, and you can do BYOB for some mimosas! They also organised party bags for the children which were great. Couldn’t recommend this venue enough!
